I can't believe my baby is 5 years old. I know everyone says it but the years go way to fast. She is such a joy in my life. Kate loves life and loves the people around her in it.
Kate loves food and not your typical 5 year old food. She loves loves loves pickles (and 4 at a time please). She loves avocados, artichokes, shrimp, tomatoes sliced with salt. She also loves chips, snack and candy. But she is picky about the kind of candy. Don't get her something she doesn't like because she wont eat it...unlike Meg she will.
She loves school. All summer long she would ask when is school going to start. She loves meeting new friends and playing with any kids..no matter their age. She is very smart and picks up and remembers things. She will remember things about certain days and it is kind of freaky all the things she remembers.
She has been such a good helper these past few months with Hank and Meg. She loves to hold Hank and even if he is screaming she just remains calm and unbothered by the crying. She loves to sit in front of Hank and say " who's so cute...." over and over and over...and he just smiles at her.
She loves to be outside either riding her bike, riding her scooter, playing with friends, swimming. She is such a little social butterfly. She loves to visit our neighbors. If any of the neighbors are out she wants to go visit. And can sit and talk with them forever...
I love having this girl in our house. She is so full of love and caring for others. I love you KATE!!!! I hope you had a wonderful birthday.
