on saturday the poulsen cycling team rode in the tour de cure. this was my first year not being sick or pregnant and was able to ride. the 14 of us were able to ride with the many riders hoping to some day find a cure for diabetes and will no longer be a part of us.

justin is rod nephew and this was he second year riding in the tour. he rode with me and rod and finished the full 25 miles with us.

That's a bummer about the weather!! Glad you got to do the ride and I'm impressed by your nephew - woo-hoo!!
Glad you survived the wind with minimum difficulty (Erin)! You should keep riding, even in yucky weather. It's for the best cause ever.
