Seeds

a little background...

my brother, rob hated tomatoes

really hated the tomato seeds

he wouldn't eat something if there were tomatoes in it

or on it

because there might be seeds left

today for lunch kate had her favorite

slice tomatoes

she didn't want to eat the last one

but

started sucking out the seeds

and said

i love the seeds

they are so yummy

just made me laugh and think of how much my brothers hated them

love you kate and rob!!!!

is what aj said to me, when kate asked if she could make mud pies.

here's what happened....

it was a mess but they had so much fun

so proud of the mud

while sweet little hank was taking a bath

Scentsy

I have been very hesitant to put this on here but I am doing it. I have a basket of all of the Scentsy smells. I am not having a party and not working for anything, but maybe free shipping. If anyone would like to order some please come and smell all the yummy smells. I am going to probably order this weekend.

Eating

i am struggling with what I should be eating before I work out in the mornings.

for those of you that exercise in the morning...

what do you eat before you work out?

i guess it could be open to all who work out.

i don't like to eat much before but I need to eat something to fuel my body?
